Takida is currently working on the new album with still no name.

DEMENTERING!

Som ni kan läsa i Expressen är Takida omnämnda till att vara aktuella för Melodifestivalen 2009. Detta är helt FELAKTIGT och vi vet inte vart den informationen kommer ifrån. Takida spelar en kommersiell musik och är ett kommersiellt band, men att vi skulle ställa upp i Schlager-SM är helt otänkbart. Att se detta påstående i en ledande svensk kvällstidning gör oss riktigt förbannade! Vi skulle både svika oss själva och våra fans genom att ställa upp på nämnda evenemang.  /Robban, Takida.

Swedish Record Breakers!

Over the weekend it became clear that Takida's Curly Sue has spent the most amount of weeks on the national P3 Tracks Chart since the start of the chart show in 1984. Curly Sue has been in the chart, which is voted for by the public, for a record breaking 27 weeks!
